These terms apply when you use Totalix websites, mobile applications and related services operated by OMNI Digital Media Services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any additional store rules that apply to your download or purchase.

What Totalix provides

Totalix provides football data, statistical estimates and AI-assisted analysis before, during and after matches. The service is provided for information and entertainment.

Totalix is an informational football product. It does not provide financial services or process transactions based on match results.

Data and model limitations

Football data may be delayed, incomplete or corrected by its source. Statistical estimates and AI-generated explanations may also be incomplete or incorrect. No displayed figure or response is a promise of any match outcome. Check the underlying match data before relying on it.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Tell us promptly through Help & feedback if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Purchases and subscriptions

Certain features may be offered through Google Play, the Apple App Store or a web payment provider. The relevant provider’s purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund rules also apply. Prices and available features may change with reasonable notice where required.

Proper use

• Use Totalix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit Totalix content or software unless we have given written permission.
• Do not use the service to harm, mislead or impersonate another person.

Content and ownership

Totalix, its software, design and original content belong to OMNI Digital Media Services or its licensors. Team names, competition names, badges and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.

External services

Totalix may link to app stores, websites or data services operated by others. Their availability, content and policies are controlled by those providers.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, change or discontinue parts of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Totalix is provided as available and OMNI Digital Media Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
